UPTOWN RASPBERRY LEMON

Ingredients:

  • 30mL Raspberry & Lemon syrup
  • 3-4 raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • or 1 teaspoon puree
  • 150mL Soda Water
  • 1 smal scoop Lemon sorbet
  • Lemon, raspberry & mint to garnish
  •  

Method:

Muddle raspberries with Raspberry & Lemon syrup, add ice & sorbet and top with soda water. Garnish with lemon slices, raspberries & mint.

 

CLEMENTINE

Ingredients:

  • 40mL Aperol
  • 30mL Raspberry & Lemon syrup
  • 30mL Lime Juice
  • 1 Egg white (optional)
  •  

Method:

Build all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake well and strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a sprig of thyme and/or a burnt orange twist.

 

RASBERRY & LEMON SODA

Make our Raspberry & Lemon syrup into a delicious soda.

Put ice in a tall glass, then add soda water.

Pour in approx. 30-35mls of syrup to taste.

Add a fun garnish to make your drink pop: for this popular flavour we recommend finishing it off with a wedge of lemon and some edible flowers.

 

 

CHERRY POM SODA

Mix up our Cherry Pomegranate syrup as a soda by combining 1 part syrup to 5 parts water (approx. 30-35mL of syrup, but measure to taste).

 

We recommend garnishing this one with cucumber and mint.

 

ATLANTIC CITY

Ingredients:

  • 30mL Stolen rum
  • 30mL Cynar Amaro
  • 30mL Cherry & Pomegranate syrup
  • Soda water
  •  

Method:

Over ice, add the rum, Cherry & Pomegranate syrup. Top up with soda water.

CHERRY COLD BREW

Ingredients:

  • 30mL Cherry & Pomegranate syrup
  • 120mL Cold Brew Coffee
  •  

Method:

Build all ingredients in a tall glass over ice.

ORANGE DANDY SODA

Our Orange & Dandelion is an original recipe based on Italian bittered orange sodas with orange and lemon zest and juice, roasted dandelion root, kawakawa and hops.

Make an Orange & Dandelion soda by mixing 1 part syrup to 5 parts soda water (approx. 30-35mL of syrup). Try garnishing this one with orange slice and thyme.

 

FAST EDDIE

Ingredients:

  • 30mL Orange & Dandelion Syrup
  • 40mL Reposado Tequila
  • 10mL Lime Juice
  • Soda water to top
  •  

Method:

Build in a tall glass over ice, garnish with orange slices and a thyme sprig.

 

 

BITTER ORANGE RICKEY

Ingredients:

  • 30mL Orange & Dandelion syrup
  • Fresh Lemon
  • Marmalade
  • Grapefruit bitters
  • Soda water
  •  

Method:

Add the syrup, lemon, marmalade and bitters to the glass. Top up with soda water and stir.

 

 

 

GINGER ALE SODA

Our Ginger Ale syrup is made from fresh ginger root for spice and a full gingery flavour.

Mix up our Ginger Ale soda syrup with soda or sparkling water - 1 part syrup to 5 parts water (approx. 30-35mL water, but measure to taste). Garnish with lime and mint.

 

KIWI MULE

Ingredients:

30mL Vodka  

30mL Ginger Ale syrup

1/4 fresh lime

  • Ice
  •  
  • Soda water
  •  
  • Mint leaves
  •  
  • Kiwifruit

 

Method: Grab a large tumbler glass, add mint leaves, then fill it with ice to the brim. Pour over the vodka and the Ginger Ale syrup. Squeeze over the fresh lime juice, then add the lime itself to the glass. Add soda water to fill the glass and stir. Garnish the glass with a kiwi-fruit slice (we like skin-on) and a mint sprig.

 

STRAWBERRY GINGER ALE

Ingredients:

  • 1 Strawberry (fresh/frozen)
  • 30mL Ginger Ale syrup
  • 3 leaves Fresh Mint
  • 10mL Lime Juice
  • 100mL Soda Water
  • Candied Ginger garnish

Method:

In a tall glass, crush the strawberry, then add Ginger Ale syrup, lime juice and mint (press mint gently to release oils). Add ice and top-up the glass with soda water. Garnish with candied ginger, mint and lime.

 

 

FLORODORA

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Ginger Ale Syrup

    40ml Gin

    3 Raspberries

    15ml Lime Juice

Method:

Muddle raspberries in a tall glass, add ice and the rest , top with soda water & stir.

Garnish with raspberries & Lime wedges .

HIBISCUS SODA

Our Hibiscus syrup is a floral plummy original number.

We use organic hibiscus flowers for a deep red colour and a rich floral and stone fruit flavour. To make a Hibiscus soda, mix 1 part syrup to 5 parts soda water (approx. 30-35mL syrup, but measure to taste), and garnish with cucumber and/or lime.

 

HIBISCUS MARGARITA

Ingredients

  • 30mL Hibiscus Syrup
  • Half a Tamarillo
  • 20mL Lime Juice
  • 40mL Tequila
  •  

Method:

In a mixing glass, crush the tamarillo. Add our Hibiscus syrup, tequila and lime juice, add ice and shake very well. Garnish with a salt & hibiscus rim, or a slice of tamarillo.

 

 

Sparkling Lemonade

Our Lemonade syrup is a classic lemonade, closer in flavour to a proper lemon squash than a big brand lemonade. We use fresh Meyer lemon zest and juice for a refreshing citrus backbone.

Mix 30-35ml of Lemonade syrup with soda water in a tall glass over ice. Garnish with (surprise!) lemon, and mint.

 

OLDE ENGLISH

Ingredients:

  • 30mL Pimms
  • 30mL Lemonade syrup
  • Angostura bitters
  • Soda water
  • Cucumber
  •  

Method:

Build all ingredients in a tall glass over ice.

 

 

LEMON LIME RICKEY

 

 

Try making a fancy float with your Lemonade syrup - Mix Lemonade syrup, fresh lime, lemon sorbet, rhubarb & rose bitters.

 

 

 

COLA SIX SODA

Cola Six is a light and crisp cola that bursts with lime and floral notes. It is named for the six main flavours; lime, orange, cinnamon, kola nut, coriander seed and lavender.

 

Mix 30-35ml of Cola Six syrup with soda water in a tall glass over ice. Citrus is Cola's friend - Garnish with a wedge of lime and thyme.

 

TEXAS FOREVER

Ingredients:

  • 30mL Rye whiskey
  • 30mL Cola Six syrup
  • Angostura bitters
  • Fresh lime
  • Soda water
  •  

Method:

Over ice, add the whiskey, Cola Six syrup and bitters. Top up with soda water. Squeeze over the fresh lime juice and add the lime itself to the glass.

 

COFFEE COLA FLOAT

Ingredients:

  • 30mL Cola Six syrup
  • 120mL Cold Brew Coffee
  • 1 Scoop Ice-cream
  •  

Method:

Build all ingredients in a tall glass over ice.

 

Just a T

Mix our Classic Tonic syrup with soda water for a perfect tonic drink.

Mix 1 part syrup with 5 parts soda water (approx. 30-35ml of syrup, but measure to taste). Garnish with a stick of lemongrass or wedge of lime.

 

Gin & Tonic

 

Ingredients

  • 30mL Classic Tonic Syrup
  • 100mL or so Soda Water
  • 30-45mL Gin

Method:

In a tall glass filled with ice add gin to taste, our Classic Tonic syrup, top with soda water and garnish with lemon slices/peel, thyme, lemongrass or cucumber.

 

TONIC & GIN GRANITA

Ingredients:

  • 100mL water
  • 200g caster sugar
  • 150mL Gin
  • 100mL Classic Tonic syrup
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  •  

Method:

Heat the water and sugar for 5 minutes until dissolved. Add the rest of the ingredients and pour into a shallow freezer-proof container. Cool to room temperature on the bench, then freeze. After 1 hour, remove the whisk up with a fork to break-up the ice crystals. Return to the freezer, Repeat after another hour. Before serving, break-up the granita with a fork to make it soft.

 

CELERY TONIC

Celery Tonic has the spice of celery seed and ginger and the crispness of cucumber, green apple and fresh celery.

Mix up a soda with 1 part syrup to 5 parts soda water. Try it with a slice of cucumber for garnish.

 

CHILLI CUCUMBER TONIC

Try combining these ingredients for a spicy chilli cucumber number: Cucumber, Celery tonic, Hot sauce, Celery bitters, Salt & pepper, Soda water.

 

CELERY MAN

Ingredients:

  • 30mL Gin
  • 30mL Celery Tonic syrup
  • Cucumber
  • Mint

Method:

Over ice, add the gin and Celery Tonic syrup. Top up with soda water. Garnish with cucumber & mint.

 

LEMON HONEY & GINGER SODA

Our Lemon Honey Ginger is made with raw New Zealand wildflower honey from J.Friend & Co., fresh squeezed lemons and pacific organic ginger from Fiji.

It makes a dry, crisp cold soda with a ginger kick - just mix 1 part syrup to 5 parts soda water, for a cool refreshing drink. Garnish with lemon and ginger slices.

 

HOT TODDY

 

Use our Lemon Honey Ginger syrup to make a Hot Toddy, mixed with your favourite whisky, or Seedlip for a non-alcoholic version.

 

 

HOT LEMON HONEY & GINGER

 

For a perfect soothing hot winter drink, try mixing our Lemon Honey Ginger syrup with hot water.

Play around with adding cinnamon or bitters. Serve with lemon peel and fresh ginger slices.

 

 

 

  • Rosemary & Cucumber Tonic

ROSEMARY & CUCUMBER G&T

  • 30ml Rosemary & Cucumber Tonic Syrup
  • 40ml of Gin
  • 30ml of Sparkling Water

 

Build over ice in order and top with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of cucumber.

DANIEL'S G&T

  • 30ml Rosemary & Cucumber Tonic Syrup
  • 40ml of Gin - Henricks is preferable.
  • 30ml of Sparkling Water
  • Cucumber Shavings
  • Cracked Black Pepper

 

Peel a Cucumber so you have shavings similar to a ribbon pasta. Shave off approx 6 ribbons.

Crack Black paper on the pile of Cucumber shavings.

Fill glass with ice and top with the Peppered Cucumber and lightly muddle into ice.

Pour over the other ingredients in order and then stir together and enjoy this complex and delicious G&T.
